目的 :观察肠乐胶囊对小鼠脾虚型便秘的治疗作用。方法 :通过给小鼠 10 0 %精炼猪油灌胃 ,使小鼠造成过食肥甘的粪便量少 ,以干硬为主的便秘模型 ,观察肠乐胶囊对模型小鼠的治疗作用。结果 :肠乐胶囊对饮食失节所致小鼠脾虚所引起的动物体重、体温下降 ,粪便量少 ,以干硬为主的便秘模型有治疗作用。结论 :肠乐胶囊对脾虚便秘有治疗作用。
Objective : To observe the therapeutic effect of Changle Capsule on spleen deficiency constipation in mice. Methods : The mice were fed with 10% refined lard, which caused the mice to eat less fecal food. The dry-hard constipation model was used to observe the therapeutic effects of Changle capsule on model mice. Results : The intestinal weight and body temperature of the mice caused by eating disorders due to eating disorder in Changle capsule decreased, and the amount of feces was small. The constipation model mainly based on dry hard has therapeutic effects. Conclusion: Changle capsule has therapeutic effect on constipation of spleen deficiency.
