目的检测p21HBsAg/HBsAg和p21HBX/HBX转基因小鼠的血液生理指标,分析p21HBsAg/HBsAg和p21HBX/HBX基因引入小鼠基因组p21位点中对其血液指标的影响。方法用日本光电MEK-5126K血球计数仪(动物芯片)及配套试剂盒对四个月龄不同基因型小鼠的血液生理指标进行测定,并且与野生型对照组进行比较。结果多数指标雌雄之间差异显著,并且两种基因型小鼠及野生型在不同年龄、不同指标的动态变化不同。结论p21HBsAg/HBsAg和p21HBX/HBX基因转入小鼠基因组p21位点对其血液生理指标具有一定的影响。
Objective To detect the blood physiological parameters of p21HBsAg / HBsAg and p21HBX / HBX transgenic mice and analyze the effect of p21HBsAg / HBsAg and p21HBX / HBX genes on their blood parameters in the mouse genome p21 locus. Methods The blood physiological indexes of four-month-old mice with different genotypes were measured by Japanese photoelectric MEK-5126K blood cell counting kit (animal chip) and matched kit, and compared with the wild-type control group. Results Most of the indicators between male and female significant differences, and two genotypes of mice and wild-type at different ages, different indicators of different dynamic changes. Conclusion The p21 locus of p21HBsAg / HBsAg and p21HBX / HBX genes transfected into mice have some effects on their blood physiological indexes.
