葡萄离体快速繁殖稀缺良种已有不少报道,并已开始在生产上应用。但有关移栽过程中的生理特性研究较少,Brainerd.K.E和Fuchigaini.L.H报道了苹果试管苗移栽困难的主要原因是试管苹果苗气孔不能关闭,那么葡萄试管苗在移栽过程中气孔功能如何;尚未见有正式报道。
