目前,随着我国各项改革的不断推进,事业单位的改革也进入到关键时期。面对新的形势,事业单位的财务管理也必须适应内外部环境的变化、适应我国市场体制的改革需要。但是,在实际工作中,我国事业单位的财务管理工作还存在着诸如预算管理、财务风险管理、政府采购管理、资金运行管理、收支计量与核算管理等问题。针对这些问题如何解决将是本文研究的重点内容。
At present, with the continuous promotion of various reforms in our country, the reform of public institutions has also entered a crucial period. Faced with the new situation, the financial management of public institutions must also adapt to changes in the internal and external environment and meet the reform needs of China’s market system. However, in practical work, there are still some problems in the financial management of public institutions, such as budget management, financial risk management, government procurement management, capital operation management, revenue and expenditure accounting and accounting management. How to solve these problems will be the focus of this article.
