走进丰山铜矿,湛蓝的天,碧绿的山,宽敞的街道,高大的厂房,处处环境优美,令人流连忘返,难以相信这就是一个远离都市的矿山。当人们问起其中的奥妙时,矿长程治华笑而不答,只是指了指厂房中高挂的巨幅标语:人人5S,时时5S,事事5S,改善提高,永无止境!近年来,丰山铜矿大力推行“5S”管理,从“整理、整顿、清洁、清扫、素养”5个方面加大管理力度,使现场环境得到有效改善,人员素质得到普遍提高,工作效率得到有力提升。
