接通率是反映交换机运行质量的一项重要指标，我局E10—B交换机在实际运行过程中，长途来话接通率一直在40％左右，距省局要求的45％有相当大的差距。我们经过反复研究，找出影响来话接通率的因素，充分利用E10—B交换机提供的各种功能，以提高长途来话接通率。一、影响长途来
Connection rate is an important indicator of the quality of the switch operation. During the actual operation of the E10-B switch in our bureau, the long-distance incoming call connection rate has been around 40% and there is a considerable gap from the 45% required by the provincial bureau . After repeated studies, we found out the factors influencing the incoming call rate and made full use of the various functions provided by the E10-B switch so as to improve the long-distance call completion rate. First, the impact of long-distance
