“炒鱿鱼”或“裁员”这样的字眼听得多了,有点麻木,不过事情真发生在自己身上的时候,大部分的人都会手足无措。如果公司有裁员危机,不论你的职位有多高,都不应掉以轻心。传统智慧告诉我们,公司要裁员或老板要炒你鱿鱼的消息一定要相信,因为这类传言,有时候是管理层刻意让员工知道的,目的在于:当事情真正发生时,员工都有了心理准备,这样才不会突然之间天下大乱。那么,面对裁员或被“炒”,你需要做哪些准备呢?
