建筑工程设备管理工作对于施工企业来说具有非常重要的意义,良好的设备保养以及管理工作能够减少企业设备采购资金消耗,确保施工企业施工进度的同时,提高企业综合经济效益。就目前我国设备管理工作来说,仍旧存在一定的问题和不足,亟待需要我们进行完善和加强,促进我国建筑行业的健康发展。本文就我国建筑施工设备管理存在的问题展开论述,并提出了合理的改善建议,期以对我国建筑企业起到一定的借鉴作用。
Construction equipment management for the construction company is of great significance, good equipment maintenance and management of equipment can reduce the consumption of equipment procurement, construction companies to ensure that the progress of construction, while improving the overall economic efficiency of enterprises. For the current equipment management in our country, there are still some problems and shortcomings, which urgently need us to improve and strengthen to promote the healthy development of China’s construction industry. This article discusses the problems existing in the construction equipment management in our country, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for improvement. It will play a certain reference role for the construction enterprises in our country.
