党的十六大把坚决反对和防止腐败作为一项重要政治任务摆在全党面前,特别对坚持标本兼治、综合治理方针,逐步加大治本力度提出了新的要求。 然而,仔细分析最近中央查处的原贵州省委书记刘方仁和原河北省委书记程维高的腐败案,我们可以悟出许多道理。
The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward new requirements to resolutely oppose and prevent corruption as an important political task before the whole Party. In particular, it has put forth new requirements for adhering to the principle of treating both symptoms and root causes and comprehensively treating it and steadily increasing it. However, careful analysis of the corruption case of Liu Fangren, former secretary of Guizhou Provincial Party Committee under the Central People’s Government, and Cheng Weigao, former secretary of Hebei Provincial Party Committee, which we recently investigated and dealt with, can make a lot of sense.
