本文针对山东省特定区域,利用最小二乘法对影响山东省房地产市场价格的因素做了定量的分析,找出了对山东省房地产价格影响最大的两个因素——山东省居民消费水平和山东省地区人口数,具有明显的时代性和发展性。
In this paper, a specific area of Shandong Province, the use of least squares method on the real estate market in Shandong Province, the factors that make a quantitative analysis of the real estate prices in Shandong Province to identify the two most influential factors - the level of household consumption in Shandong Province and Shandong Province Regional population, with obvious times and development.
