知识经济在我国已初见端倪。不同于物料经济的生产与发展 ,知识经济有其显著的智本特点。我国知识分子是发展我国知识经济的主力军 ,他们担负着实现“科技是第一生产力”、以科技推动经济发展和科教兴国的历史重任。知识分子先富起来是撬动我国知识经济发展的政策杠杆 ,人才和智力因素在知识经济中占有重要地位。因此 ,要多快好省地发展我国的知识经济 ,让知识分子先富起来
Knowledge economy has already taken shape in our country. Different from the production and development of the material economy, the knowledge economy has its remarkable intellectual characteristics. Our country’s intellectuals are the main force in developing China’s knowledge-based economy. They shoulder the historic task of realizing “science and technology are the primary productive forces” and promoting economic development through science and technology and rejuvenating the country through science and education. Intellectuals getting rich first is the policy lever that leverages the development of our country’s knowledge economy. Talents and intellectual factors occupy an important position in the knowledge-based economy. Therefore, we must develop the knowledge economy in our country more quickly and economically, and let the intellectuals get rich first
