“幸福”体现在教师驾驭课堂的分分秒秒,渗透在教师的一声亲切的问候、一次巧妙的提问、一句真诚的激励乃至一个会心的微笑。“提升人民幸福指数”在党的“十八大”报告中有着浓墨重彩的描述,对广大高中教师来说,如何在新课程改革与高考的夹缝中,在有限的课堂时间内有效提升“学生课堂幸福指数”也自然成为了一个重要的课题。“幸福”体现在教师驾驭课堂的分分秒秒,渗透在教师的一声亲切的问候、一次巧妙的提问、一句真诚的激励乃至一个会心的微笑。下面笔者就个人多年来的体会和对身边优秀教师的观察,以课堂的流程为线索,简述如何与学生一起奏响一次次的课堂幸福交响曲。
