2007年12月23日,外交学院主办了首届经济外交论坛演讲会,外交学院国际经济学院院长张幼文宣布外交学院经济外交研究中心正式成立,外交学院院长吴建民任经济外交研究中心主任。外交学院国际经济学院今后将把经济外交研究作为学院的学科建设定位和重点发展方向。经济外交论坛是经济外交研究的平台,将通过演讲会、研讨会、课题研究、出版专著与论丛、经济外交网站建设和人才培养等多种形式,推动经济外交研究的发展。演讲会是经济外交论坛的主要组成部分,本次演讲会是首次尝试。外交学院吴建民院长、商务部世贸司张向晨司长、商务部美大司何宁司长、外交学院江瑞平院长助理、上海国际问题研究中心潘光主任、外交部政研司经济外交与合作办公室张妍副主任到会并发表演讲,张幼文院长主持演讲会。以下是他们演讲的内容。
On December 23, 2007, the Foreign Affairs Institute hosted the first lecture on Economic and Diplomatic Forum. Zhang Youwen, Dean of the School of International Economics of the Foreign Affairs University, announced the formal establishment of the Center for Economic Diplomacy of the Foreign Affairs University and Wu Jianmin, Dean of the Diplomatic Academy, as Director of the Center for Economic Diplomacy. In the future, the School of International Economics of the Diplomatic Academy will regard the study of economic diplomacy as the orientation and key development direction of its discipline construction. The economic diplomacy forum is a platform for economic diplomacy and will promote the development of economic diplomacy through various forms such as lectures, seminars, research projects, publications monographs and forums, economic diplomacy website construction and personnel training. The lecture is a major part of the economic diplomacy forum. This lecture is the first attempt.
