梅花香自苦寒来——记湖南茶陵县潞水水泥厂厂长罗和平

罗和平是潞水镇党委副书记,从1998年6月起,兼任处于困境中的潞水水泥厂厂长。仅半年时间,潞水水泥厂在罗和平的领导下,月平均产量达5908吨,较去年1～5月月均增产2770吨,增长率88.27％。去年1～5月份完成税收2.24万元,而6～12月份完成国家税收127万余元,目前已累计完成国家税收130万元,扭亏71.8万元。
