当前,教育改革的大潮席卷全国中小学校,高效课堂的各种模式也如雨后春笋般应运而生,然而无论什么模式,都要看针对的教育对象而定,要看是否能够真正高效。我校所在县区近两年来多次派遣校长、业务领导、骨干教师前往山东杜郎口中学、江苏洋思中学等名校学习,学习归来后也轰轰烈烈地开展起了高效课堂教学模式改革。然而很多学校将学到的经验直接移植到课堂教学中来,忽视了自己学生的知识储备、学习能力和学习习惯,反而成了邯郸学步,是否高效不言而喻。
At present, the tide of education reform has swept across all primary and secondary schools across the country. Various modes of efficient classrooms have mushroomed. However, depending on the target audience, the mode of education depends on whether it is truly efficient or not. In the past two years, the county seat of our school has sent principals, business leaders and key teachers to famous schools in Shandong Du Lang Kou High School and Jiangsu Yang Sisi High School for study. After returning from study, they also vigorously carried out the reform in an efficient classroom teaching mode. However, many of the schools will be directly transplanted to the lessons learned in the classroom, ignoring their own students’ knowledge base, learning ability and learning habits, but has become a Handicap, it is self-evident.
