培养学生的沟通交流能力是商务谈判课程教育的核心,它要求该课程不仅要培养学生运用谈判技巧,还要使学生树立把握全局的观念、训练分析环境,制定因势利导策略的能力。然而一些学生单方面的能力较突出,但是谈判的综合素质欠佳。针对这一现象,本文作者认为,美国学者比尔提出的“三层塔”教学思想,非常适合于商务谈判课程的教学。该课程作为一门实践性较强的应用学科,必须重视与其他学科的联系,而在教学中忽视与其他学科的融合,忽视了与实际生活的融合,就会产生“机械运用”的现象。因此,有必要对商务谈判课程中“三层塔”教学法的应用,作出具体探索和研究。
Developing students ’communicative communication skills is the core of the business negotiation course education. It requires that the course not only cultivate students’ ability to use negotiation skills, but also enable students to establish a global grasp of ideas, train their analytical environment, and formulate their own strategies. However, some students are more capable of unilateralism, but the overall quality of negotiations is not good. In response to this phenomenon, the author believes that the “three-tier tower” teaching thought proposed by American scholar Bill is very suitable for the teaching of business negotiation courses. As a practical discipline, the course must attach importance to the connection with other disciplines. However, neglecting the integration with other disciplines in teaching and neglecting the integration with the actual life will lead to “mechanical application” phenomenon. Therefore, it is necessary to make a concrete exploration and research on the application of the teaching method of “three-tier tower” in the course of business negotiation.
