单独招生是国家授权部分办学水平优秀的高职院校独立组织考试录取的一种人才选拔方式。四川化工职业技术学院从创建省级示范院校开始,已经多年连续开展单招工作。但种种迹象表明,单招学生具有理论基础相对薄弱、面对学业信心不足、专业操作技能较强、自控能力较差等特点,和普招生之间存在较大的区分。为此,我院从以岗位(群)的能力要求为出发点设置课程体系,根据单招生的实际情况科学选取教学内容,进一步优化人才培养措施及改革人才培养评价模式,并提炼、制订出基于提升单招会计学生综合职业素质的“1235”人才培养模式,以期把单招学生培养成为受企业欢迎的高端技能型人才。
