目的 :探讨骺板胶原纤维受到牵拉后其胶原纤维超微构筑的变化。方法 :将经外固定器牵拉分离后儿童胫骨远端及近端骺板制成标本进行扫描电镜观察。结果 :骺板经牵拉后其胶原纤维超微构筑发生了改变 ,胶原纤维趋向于力的纵轴方向排列。结论 :经牵拉后 ,骺板胶原纤维超微构筑发生了改变 ,排列具有定向性
Objective: To investigate the ultrastructural changes of collagen fibers after the epiphyseal collagen fibers are pulled. Methods: The distal tibia and proximal epiphyseal plate were made by external fixator and were observed by scanning electron microscopy. Results: The epiphyseal plate stretched its collagen fiber ultrastructural changes, collagen fibers tend to force the vertical axis direction. Conclusion: The ultrastructure of collagen fibers in epiphyseal plate changed after traction, and the arrangement was directional
