全面推进依法治国,承载着我国全面建成小康社会、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的重大任务。而宪法在依法治国的过程中发挥着极其重要的核心作用,因此,全面推进依法治国的最先解决的就是要依宪治国,在尊重宪法的核心地位的基础上充分地发挥其最高权威的作用。因此,本文认为探索我国依宪治国的历史进程对全面推进依法治国具有极其重要的作用。
We will comprehensively promote the administration of the country according to law and carry the important task of building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream for the Chinese nation. However, the Constitution plays an extremely important central role in the process of governing the country according to law. Therefore, the first solution to the problem of ruling the country by law is to fully exert its supreme authority on the basis of the constitutional government and on the basis of respecting the core of the constitution . Therefore, this article believes that exploring the historical process of our country according to the constitution and governing the country plays an extremely important role in promoting the rule of law in an all-round way.
