许多研究发现癫痫患者数种免疫指标异常,认为免疫功能紊乱是癫痫发作的重要原因之一。但其确切机理尚不清楚。为了进一步阐明癫痫与免疫的关系,近年我们观察了150例癫痫患者血清免疫球蛋白、补体C_3和循环免疫复合物(CIC)含量与脑电图(EEG)波形的关系。现报道如下。
Many studies have found that several immune abnormalities in patients with epilepsy, that immune dysfunction is one of the important causes of seizures. But the exact mechanism is not clear. In order to further clarify the relationship between epilepsy and immune, in recent years we observed 150 cases of epilepsy serum immunoglobulin, complement C_3 and circulating immune complex (CIC) content and the relationship between the EEG waveform. Report as follows now.
