殷××,女,38岁。门诊号64-30281。初诊(1964年6月11日):1954年开始大便次数增加,色黄不成形,左下腹疼痛,解便后腹痛缓解,便中伴有较多的粘液。曾在某医院经钡剂灌肠及乙状结肠镜检查,诊断“慢性结肠炎”。现适产后1个月,腹痛腹泻增加。腹部触诊:左下腹有明显压痛,可触及结肠肠形。脉弦,苔薄。厥阴气滞,血凝成瘀,不通则痛,为蓄血之象。治宜理气化瘀为主,瘀化气畅,腹痛腹泻当能不治而愈。全当归9克赤白芍(各)9克单桃仁9克原红花6克五灵脂9克台乌药6克制香附9克焦枳壳9克清炙草3克延胡索3克马齿苋30克
