我们测定了37例冠心病患者血清铁(Fe)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、载脂蛋白AI(apo-AI)、载脂蛋白B(apo-B)和脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平,对其预测冠心病发病的意义作了初步探讨。 对象与方法:37例基本符合1979年国际心脏病学会和世界卫生组织冠心病诊断标准。心肌梗塞18例,心绞痛19例。其中男28例,女9例,平均年龄64.6岁。另设对照组40例,其中男30例,女10例,平均年龄66.7岁。 空腹抽取静脉血,离心血清待测。按测定微量元素要求,用美国产DCP-Spectras-
