目的:研究紫杉醇对 HeLa 细胞的生长影响。方法:通过生长曲线、集落形成试验、分裂指数实验观察紫棚醇对 HeLa的影响作用。结果:应用紫杉醇前后生长曲线、集落形成试验、分裂指数实验的结果有明显差别。结论:紫杉醇对 HeLa 细胞的生长有抑制作用。
Objective: To study the effect of paclitaxel on the growth of HeLa cells. Methods: The effects of Zidol on HeLa were observed by growth curve, colony formation assay and cleavage index. Results: Before and after the application of paclitaxel growth curve, colony formation test, split index test results are significantly different. Conclusion: Paclitaxel can inhibit the growth of HeLa cells.
