红星号300型钻机为大口径回转式凿井机,过去该钻机在每次提升钻具时,需要将方钻杆和钻杆的一端倒放在操作台的方木上,另一端放在地面上,100多米钻杆需要重叠几层,操作繁琐笨重,升降钻具占用时间较长。改革后,将方钻杆悬挂在井台一侧,钻杆立在井台前,根据多次试验效果很好。主要优点是:操作简便、安全;减轻了体力劳动;提高了升降钻具的功效;避免了方钻杆的弯曲。现将该方法介绍如下:
The Red Star 300 drilling rig is a large-diameter rotary drilling rig. In the past, when lifting the drilling tool, the rig needs to place one end of the kelly and drill pipe on the square beam of the console and the other end on the ground. Above, more than 100 meters of drill pipe need to overlap several layers, the operation is tedious and cumbersome, lifting and drilling tools take a long time. After the reform, the kelly was hung on the side of the wellbore, and the drill pipe stood in front of the wellbore. It worked well according to multiple tests. The main advantages are: simple and safe operation; reduced physical labor; improved efficiency of lifting and lowering drills; and avoiding bending of the kelly. This method is described as follows:
