Zhu Xunde, also known as Shi Ran, was born in 1954 in Xiangxiang City, Hunan Province. He is currently the director of Chinese Artists Association, the director of Chinese Artists Association, the chairman of Hunan Artists Association and director of Hunan Chinese Painting Art Committee, and the dean and professor of Hunan Normal University Academy of Fine Arts .
