幼儿园收费涉及到认识问题和政策问题。在计划经济一统天下的年代,幼儿园的生存是由行政当局统包的。幼儿园的收费也是由当局严格规定的,基本上不成为问题。改革开放以来,市场经济逐渐兴起,价值观念发生了变化,幼儿园的收费也开始浮动起来,现在各地幼儿园的收费都在改革,有官方出台的收费改革措施,也有非官方的收费改革措施,且非官方的收费名目颇多,各行其是。《幼儿教育》1994年第一期发表了《这算不算乱收费》的文章,在北京的一些幼儿园中引起了反响。笔者就此问题征求了一些幼教工作者的意见。
