目的探讨剖宫产新生儿营养状况。方法采用酶联免疫法检测49名剖宫产母婴血RBP和PA水平。结果正常体重儿脐血RBP和PA水平明显高于低体重儿。正常体重儿母亲血RBP和PA水平明显高于低体重儿母亲的RBP和PA水平,结论脐血RBP、PA水平有可能成为反映围产因素造成的胎儿宫内营养不良的有用指标。针对脐血蛋白分析补给适当的蛋白和其他营养素以确保新生儿正常生长发育。
Objective To investigate the nutritional status of cesarean newborn. Methods Serum levels of RBP and PA in 49 cesarean section maternal and infant blood samples were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The levels of RBP and PA in cord blood of normal weight children were significantly higher than those of low birth weight children. The levels of RBP and PA in mothers with normal weight were significantly higher than those in mothers with low birth weight. Conclusion The levels of RBP and PA in umbilical cord blood may be useful indicators of fetal intrauterine malnutrition caused by perinatal factors. Analysis of cord blood supply of appropriate protein and other nutrients to ensure the normal growth and development of newborns.
