本文以郑州铁路职业技术学院国际教育学院09级护理专业为例,分析研究了分层次教学法的理论背景、实施过程和教学效果,认为分层次教学法虽然具有一定的优势,但在提升教学质量方面并没有完全实现预期的教学效果,甚至还带来一些负面影响,因此在中外合作办学项目中应当谨慎采用。
Taking the Grade 09 nursing major of the Institute of International Education of Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper analyzes and studies the theoretical background, implementation process and teaching effect of the hierarchical teaching method. Although the hierarchical teaching method has certain advantages, Aspects have not fully achieved the expected teaching effect, and even brought some negative effects. Therefore, they should be cautiously adopted in Sino-foreign cooperative education projects.
