槐果碱(Sophocarpine、Se)是从豆科植物苦豆子(Sophora alopecuroidesL)中提得的一个生物碱,具有平喘、抗癌、抗炎及抗心律失常等作用,本文观察其中枢药理效应。实验中观察到小鼠皮下注射12.5和25mg/KgSc能明显抑制其自主活动,本与品0.8mg/Kg氯丙嗪或23mg/Kg戊巴此妥钠合用,呈协同作用;与4mg/Kg苯丙胺合用,呈拮抗作用。测痛试验显示本品有轻度镇痛效能,正常大鼠皮下注射10和20mg/kgSc后有降温作用。实验结果表明,Sc具有
