一、前言在激烈的比赛之后,摆在教练员、运动员和科研人员面前的问题是如何加快运动员消除疲劳和恢复体力,正确处理疲劳与恢复不但意味着提高运动员竞技能力,而且还将提高人体的机能。比赛的质量在很大程度上将取决于机体恢复状况。因此,科学地安排比赛与恢复,促进恢复过程的进行,是现代足球比赛的一个十分重要的课题。经查阅国内外一些足球资料,几乎没有发现研究足球比赛期消除疲劳措施方面的文章,为此,本文将对足球比赛中消除疲劳的方法进行一些探讨,供同行们参考。
I. INTRODUCTION After the fierce competition, the problems before coaches, athletes and researchers are how to speed up the elimination of fatigue and physical strength of athletes. Correct handling of fatigue and recovery not only means improving the competitive ability of athletes, but also improving the body’s function. The quality of the race will largely depend on the recovery of the body. Therefore, it is a very important issue in the modern football game that scientifically arrange the match and recovery and promote the recovery process. After referring to some domestic and foreign football information, there are few articles on the study of eliminating fatigue during the football game. To this end, this article will discuss some ways to eliminate fatigue in football games for reference of peers.
