土壤水分胁迫加重,小麦旗叶、根系和籽粒中ABA含量迅速达到高峰,然后又快速降低;胁迫愈重,细胞分裂素(iPAs)峰值出现愈早,尔后下降,从而加速了植株衰老进程,导致产量降低。但在轻度水分胁迫下上述性状与对照无显著差异。
The ABA content of flag leaves, roots and grains of wheat rapidly peaked and then rapidly decreased when soil water stress was increased. The heavier the stress, the earlier and later the peak of iPAs, accelerated the process of plant senescence, resulting in Yield decreases. However, there was no significant difference between the above traits and the control under mild water stress.
