采用自耗电极贴焊重熔的工艺技术,是对传统电渣重熔工艺的大胆革新。本文对成份超标的废护环钢锭,采用贴焊钢板后重熔,使其熔混后生产出成份合格的电渣钢锭的工艺参数和工艺过程进行了论述和分析。这一技术的开发,为今后利用废锻件重熔合格钢锭开辟了新的工艺途径,将带来明显的经济效益。
The use of self-consumption electrode paste remelting process technology is a bold innovation of the traditional electroslag remelting process. In this paper, the excessive waste ring steel ingot, the use of welded steel plate after remelting, making it melt-mixed to produce the composition of qualified electroslag steel ingot process parameters and process were discussed and analyzed. The development of this technology has opened up a new technological approach for the remelting of qualified steel ingots for scrap forging in the future and will bring obvious economic benefits.
