为了进一步改进文件的印发和管理工作,现将有关意见通知如下:一、改变“可登党刊”文件的印发方法省委办公厅一九八一年三十七号文件曾规定,凡注明“可登党刊”的中央文件以及发至公社的省委文件,除印发少量正式文件供县团以上党政机关存档用外,均在省委办公厅编印的《党内通讯》上刊登,发至公社和县市的科局级单位。采用这种方法,扩大发行范围,方便了基层的传达学习。但是,由于正式文件和《党内通讯》需分两次印发,后者比前者的印发时间一般要晚四至六天,影响了文件精神的及时传达学习。同时,在发行、保密、存档等方面也有某些不便。为了更有利于文件的传达学习和管理,经研究,决定从今年七月起,凡注明“可登党刊”的中央文件以及发至公
