目的:了解农村小镇卫生院的医院感染管理状况并分析其原因。方法:采用问卷答题的方法对四川省仁寿县12所小镇卫生院各级人员进行医院感染管理知识测评,采用访谈咨询的方法对12所小镇卫生院进行医院感染控制基础设施现状调查。结果:小镇卫生院各级各类人员对医院感染管理认识不足,专业知识缺乏,医院感染控制基础设施不到位。结论:只有加大对农村小镇卫生院的知识投入和设备投入,全面提高小镇卫生院各级各类人员的业务能力、管理水平,改善农村小镇卫生院感染控制、基础设施,才能促进农村小镇卫生院感染管理工作迅速健康地发展。
Objective: To understand the status of nosocomial infection management in rural township hospitals and analyze the causes. Methods: Questionnaires were used to evaluate the hospital infection management knowledge of 12 hospitals in Renshou County, Sichuan Province. The interviews were conducted to investigate the status of hospital infection control infrastructure in 12 township hospitals. Results: All levels of hospitals at township hospitals had insufficient knowledge of hospital infection management, lack of professional knowledge, and hospital infection control infrastructure was not in place. Conclusion: Only by increasing the knowledge investment and equipment investment in rural township health centers, can the overall improvement of the business abilities and management level of all types of personnel in small town hospitals, and improve the infection control and infrastructure of rural township hospitals can be promoted. The infection management work in rural township hospitals developed rapidly and healthily.
