应用水文预报进行水库洪水调度,能提高水库的防洪效益。而一般的水库洪水预报方法,由于工序繁多,操作费时,不利于水库及时预泄。本方案从流域洪水规律出发,制作一套相关图,用水量平衡方程式推算最高水位,大大地缩短了预报操作时间,增长了有效预见期。本方法适用于控制泄流情况如陆水水库,不进行汇流和调洪演算,故对于实测水文资料不足的水库亦可应用。
Applying hydrological forecasting to reservoir flood regulation can improve reservoir flood control benefits. However, the general reservoir flood forecasting method is not conducive to the timely pre-venting of reservoirs due to the large number of processes and the time-consuming operation. Based on the flood regulation of the watershed, this plan makes a set of related maps, and calculates the maximum water level with the water balance equation, which greatly shortens the forecast operation time and increases the effective forecast period. The method is suitable for controlling the discharge situation such as Lu Shui Reservoir, and does not conduct confluence and flood regulation calculations. Therefore, it is also applicable to reservoirs with insufficient hydrological data.
