我院自1993年5月至2000年2月用X-刀治疗脑膜瘤共45例.其中资料完整并有影像学随访者38例,本文就其治疗的结果及预后分析报告如下.1 临床资料和方法1.1 一般资料:本组男14例,女24例,年龄20-72岁,平均41.2岁.均为单发的脑膜瘤病灶.其分布如下:大脑凸面12个、大脑镰旁11个、海绵窦区7个、桥脑小脑角区3个、天幕区3个,另2个分别位于鞍旁及中颅窝.肿瘤体积5～127CCM,平均体积14.2CCM.随访时间最短8个月,最长79个月,平均38.3个月.
Our hospital from May 1993 to February 2000 with X-knife treatment of meningioma in 45 cases.Among them complete and 38 cases of imaging follow-up, the results of this article on its treatment and prognosis analysis report as follows.1 Clinical data And Methods 1.1 General Information: The group of 14 males and 24 females, aged 20-72 years, mean 41.2 years were single-meningioma lesions were distributed as follows: 12 convex cerebrum, falx next to 11, Cavernous sinus area 7, cerebellopontine angle area 3, atrium area 3, the other two were located in the side of the saddle and the middle cranial fossa .Tumor volume 5 ~ 127CCM, the average volume of 14.2CCM. The shortest follow-up time of 8 months, the longest 79 months, an average of 38.3 months.
