目的了解气田甲醇污水处理工程中职业病危害因素及其存在的主要环节,提出针对性的防护对策。方法采取现场职业卫生学调查,根据国家现行职业卫生标准进行职业病危害因素检测。结果甲醇污水处理工程存在的主要职业病危害因素为天然气、甲醇、氢氧化钠、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、C6~C25烃类,噪声、高温。该污水处理工程存在的主要职业病危害均未超出国家标准。有毒物质检测合格率为100%,有害物理因素检测合格率为100%。结论为防范发生职业中毒事故发生,应加强日常职业卫生管理和非正常作业情况下的应急防护。
Objective To understand the main factors and occupational hazards in the methanol wastewater treatment project of gas field and propose some countermeasures. Methods Occupational health survey was conducted on the spot and the occupational hazards were tested according to the current national occupational health standards. Results The main occupational hazards that existed in the methanol wastewater treatment project were natural gas, methanol, sodium hydroxide, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, C6 ~ C25 hydrocarbons, noise and high temperature. The main occupational hazards of the sewage treatment project did not exceed the national standard. Toxic substances test pass rate of 100%, the detection of harmful physical factors passing rate of 100%. Conclusion To prevent occurrence of occupational poisoning accidents, emergency occupational health management and non-normal operation should be strengthened.
