随着改革开放的深化,建筑业的蓬勃发展,近几年来,U型膨胀混凝土和泵送混凝土已在我国得到广泛推广应用,并取得了较好的技术经济效果。众所周知,防水混凝土是以调整配合比或加入外加剂来提高混凝土自身的密实度和抗渗性,以适应工程防水需要的混凝土。而泵送混凝土应具有良好的流动性和内聚性,即要求混凝土拌合物有较好的可泵性。良好的可泵性所要求的大坍落度与抗渗性之间存在一定的矛盾。因此,如何使良好的可泵性与抗渗性达到完美的统一是泵送防水混凝土试验研究中所要解决的核心技术问题。从我处承建的青岛火车站广场综合地下建筑工程试验研究与施工实践来看,由于该工程的特殊性和进度要求,大量的防水混凝土都采取泵送施工,而调整配合比和双掺外加剂等技术措施是解决这一问题的有效途径。
With the deepening of reform and opening up and the vigorous development of the construction industry, in recent years, U-shaped expansive concrete and pumped concrete have been widely used in China, and have achieved good technical and economic results. As we all know, waterproof concrete is to adjust the mix ratio or add an admixture to improve the concrete’s own compactness and impermeability to adapt to the project’s waterproof concrete. The pumped concrete should have good fluidity and cohesion, which means that the concrete mix needs better pumpability. There is a certain contradiction between the large slump and impermeability required for good pumpability. Therefore, how to achieve a perfect unity of good pumpability and impermeability is a core technical problem to be solved in the experimental research of pumped waterproof concrete. According to the experimental research and construction practice of the comprehensive underground construction of Qingdao Railway Station Plaza constructed by our department, due to the special nature of the project and the progress requirements, a large amount of waterproof concrete has been pumped, and the mixing ratio and the double admixture have been adjusted. Other technical measures are an effective way to solve this problem.
