实现洗煤厂用水闭路循坏和复用,准确检测浓缩池内煤泥含量和厚度是保证浓缩机安全运行,是环境保护和节约水资源,确保洗选安全高效运行的重要措施。文章介绍了唐安煤矿第二洗煤厂浓缩池煤泥监测监控自动化控制系统的原理设计、硬件组成、软件组成以及系统通信配置情况。该系统投用后,实现了对煤泥水浓度和沉降层全程监视和各种数据参数实时显示、远程操控,最大限度减少和避免了设备事故,提升了炭块质量,取得了明显的经济效益。
It is an important measure to ensure the safe operation of the thickener and to protect the water resources and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the washing process by accurately detecting the slime content and thickness in the thickener. This paper introduces the principle design, hardware composition, software composition and system communication configuration of the automatic control system for the monitoring and control of the slime in the second coal washing plant in Tang’an Coal Mine. After the system is put into use, the system realizes the real-time display and remote control on the whole range of slime water concentration and subsidence layer and various data parameters, minimizes and avoids equipment accidents, improves the carbon block quality and achieves obvious economic benefits.
