为提升3D打印设备的质量和工艺、优化产品功能并降低打印成本,以光固化成型工艺及设备为研究对象,结合现代设计中的功能化理念,分析设备自身固有的机械特性及运动关系,建立了增材制造工艺过程中各功能之间的关系矩阵和液滴粘结模型;解决了打印工艺过程中的关键技术问题;设计了4点调平装置,提出三维模型高效分层处理方案,研制出低成本、普及化及高效率的3D打印设备,为现代产品造型工艺提供新思路和方法。
