目的分析某院历年住院病人医疗费用,为控制医疗费用过快增长提供依据。方法运用EXCEL软件和统计学处理,对医院住院病人医疗费用进行综合分析。结果该院病人医疗费用控制效果明显,收费项目的结构较合理,0~14岁年龄组病人医疗费用的增长速度最快。结论加强医疗体制改革,通过规范医疗行为,调整医疗费用的构成比例、缩短住院日控制医疗费用的过快增长,提升医务人员的劳动价值。
Objective To analyze the medical expenses of inpatients in a hospital over the years and provide the basis for controlling the excessive growth of medical expenses. Methods Using EXCEL software and statistical analysis, a comprehensive analysis of the hospital inpatient medical costs. Results The hospital patients medical cost control effect is obvious, the structure of the charges more reasonable, 0 to 14 age group patients the fastest growing medical costs. Conclusion To strengthen the reform of the medical system, regulate the proportion of medical expenses by regulating the medical behaviors, shorten the hospitalization day to control the excessive growth of medical expenses and enhance the labor value of medical staffs.
