《国务院关于大力发展职业教育的决定》指出:“大力推行工学结合、校企合作的培养模式。与企业紧密联系,加强学生的生产实习和社会实践,改革以学校和课堂为中心的传统人才培养的模式。”校企合作,工学结合,是加强职业院校学生实践能力和职业技能培养的必经之路,是以就业为导向改革与发展职业教育的重要措施。如何实现和搞好校企合作,是当前职业院校和广大职教工作者必须在实践中认真探索和解决的重要问题。本刊介绍了唐山市技师学院等五所职业院校开展校企合作的一些做法和经验体会,希望以此为引子,使校企合作更加扎实有效地开展起来。
The Decision of the State Council on Vigorously Developing Vocational Education states: “To vigorously promote the training mode of combining work with learning and between schools and enterprises. To establish close contact with enterprises, strengthen production practice and social practice, and reform the cultivation of traditional talents with schools and classrooms as the center . ”School-enterprise cooperation and combination of work and study are the necessary steps to enhance the practical ability and vocational skills training of students in vocational colleges and universities and an important measure to reform and develop vocational education based on employment. How to achieve and improve the cooperation between schools and enterprises is an important issue that vocational colleges and vocational education workers must seriously explore and solve in practice. This publication introduces some practices and experiences of the five professional colleges and universities such as Tangshan Technician College to carry out the cooperation between schools and enterprises. We hope this will be the guide to make the cooperation between schools and enterprises more solid and effective.
