马甸立交工程是为满足北三环路与德外大街至八达岭等地方,日益发展的交通需要而修建。立交式样为东西长条形首蓿叶式全立交,三环路行车方向在下面通过。德外大街方向在上面通过,由于永久规划的要求,地下各专业管线一次建成。
The Madian Interchange project was constructed to meet the growing traffic needs of the North Third Ring Road and the Tai Wai Street outside Badaling. Overpass style for the east-west strip of leaf-type leaf all-over, the Third Ring Road traffic direction below.
