湖北省交通投资有限公司是依照《公司法》和鄂政发〔2010〕42号文件成立的国有独资公司,由湖北省人民政府出资设立,由湖北省人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会履行出资人职责,是具有投资性质的国有资产经营和投融资主体。公司于2010年9月30日注册成立,注册资金100亿元。现有全资(控股、参股)子公司14家:湖北交投高速公路发展有限公司、湖北楚天高速公路股份公司、湖北省高速公路实业开发有限公司
