目的探讨单光子发射计算机断层成像(SPECT/CT)显像中肺腺癌摄取~(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2的影响因素。方法 14例经手术和病理证实为肺腺癌的患者,术前行~(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2SPECT/CT检查,计算肿瘤组织与纵隔正常组织(T/M)的摄取比值,分析性别、年龄、病灶大小、肿瘤细胞分化程度等因素与肺腺癌摄取~(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2的相关性。结果肿瘤病灶大小和肿瘤细胞的分化程度与肺腺癌摄取~(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2密切相关(P<0.05);肺腺癌摄取~(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2无明显性别和年龄差异(P>0.05)。结论肺腺癌对~(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2摄取与肿瘤病灶大小和肿瘤细胞的分化程度有关,~(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2摄取值高提示病灶的恶性程度高。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of uptake of (99m) Tc-3PRGD_2 by single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT / CT) imaging in lung adenocarcinoma. Methods Totally 14 patients with lung adenocarcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were examined with ~ (99m) Tc-3PRGD_2 SPECT / CT preoperatively to calculate the ratio of tumor to mediastinal T / M. The gender, age, The size of tumor, the degree of tumor cell differentiation and the uptake of (99m) Tc-3PRGD_2 in lung adenocarcinoma. Results The tumor size and tumor cell differentiation were closely related to the uptake of (99m) Tc-3PRGD_2 in lung adenocarcinoma (P <0.05). The uptake of 99m Tc-3PRGD_2 by lung adenocarcinoma had no significant difference in age and sex (P> 0.05). Conclusion The uptake of ~ (99m) Tc-3PRGD_2 in lung adenocarcinoma is related to tumor size and tumor cell differentiation. High uptake of 99m Tc-3PRGD_2 suggests a high degree of malignancy.
