莴笋各器官过氧化物酶(PRO)活性高峰的出现与不同生育期植株的生长中心相一致。即前期以根和心叶的PRO活性较高。生育后期以茎尖的PRO活生最高。春莴笋茎尖PRO活性高峰出现较晚,而秋莴笋茎尖PRO活性高峰出现较早。莴笋产品器官的PRO活性由茎尖到茎基部迅速递减。
The peak of peroxidase (PRO) activity in different organs of lettuce was consistent with the growth centers of the plants at different growth stages. That pre-root and heart leaves higher PRO activity. The highest survival of PRO tip with shoot tip after fertility. The highest peak of PRO activity appeared in spring asparagus and the peak of PRO activity in autumn asparagus appeared earlier. The PRO activity of the lettuce product organ decreased rapidly from the shoot tip to the base of the stem.
