研究了带径向机构的铰接式单轴转向架独立轮对导向特点。理论上分析了传统轮对和独立轮对的导向原理,在SIMPACK中建立了5节编组的Talgo列车动力学模型。结合Talgo列车三角拖动式结构研究了独立轮对的对中性能。对比了带径向机构的独立轮对、不带径向机构的独立轮对以及传统轮对在曲线通过时的轮对冲角、磨耗指数、脱轨系数和车轮横向力,指出径向机构可以有效降低轮对冲角和车轮磨耗,并分析了不同轮对脱轨系数差异较大的原因。
The steering characteristics of independent wheelsets with articulated single axle bogies with radial mechanisms are studied. Theoretically, the guidance principle of traditional wheelsets and independent wheelsets is analyzed, and a five-sectioned Talgo train dynamics model is established in SIMPACK. Combined with the Talgo train triangular drag structure, the centering performance of independent wheelsets is studied. The independent wheelset with radial mechanism, the independent wheelset without radial mechanism and the wheel angle of attack, wear index, derailment coefficient and wheel lateral force of the traditional wheelset during curve passing are compared. It is pointed out that the radial mechanism can be effectively reduced Wheel angle of attack and wheel wear, and analyzed the different wheel on the derailment coefficient of the larger differences.
