In September 2015, the second “China Industrial Engraving Triennial” hosted by Hubei Museum of Art was on schedule and the issue of how to proceed with industrial engraving was again mentioned and discussed. The special relation given by the times to the “industrial print” is complicated and contradictory here. It records the development of an era and carries the survival memories of a generation. However, it has to find a way out in the historical changes and struggle in a difficult way. Since the industrial revolution took place in the UK in the 18th century, the industry was formally independent from agriculture. By the end of the 19th century, it began to enter the stage of modern industrial development and then to the continuous emergence of all kinds of emerging industries
