在新课标下的初中数学教学中,要求充分发挥学生在学习过程中的自主能动性、积极性和创造性,变被动学习为主动参与。为此,教师就要由知识的传授者、灌输者转变为引导学生主动学习的组织者和促进者。我认为,成为现代教育教学工作中的精心指导者,就必须改进教学策略,精心选编贴近学生的生活实际和社会现实的情境,使学生感受到在一个丰富多彩的世界中存在的大量问题需要用数学知识去解决,从而激发了学生自主探究的兴趣,使学生真正成为研究性学习的主人。
In the junior high school mathematics teaching under the new curriculum standard, it is required to give full play to the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of students in the learning process, and change passive learning as the active participation. For this reason, teachers should be transferred from educators and inculcators of knowledge to organizers and promoters of guiding students to take the initiative to learn. In my opinion, to be an elaborate mentor in the teaching of modern education, we must improve our teaching strategies and carefully select the contexts in which students live close to the realities of their society and social reality so that students will feel the need to use a large number of issues in a colorful world Mathematical knowledge to solve, thus stimulating students’ interest in self-exploration, so that students truly become the masters of research-based learning.
