南钢炼铁新厂8号高炉(2 000m3)由于原料质量的不稳定、渣系的变化,上下部操作调剂的不匹配等原因造成炉身部位圆周方向结厚,通过采取“降料线打水,强力疏松边缘气流,调整风口配置”等措施,历时42天,炉墙粘结脱落,炉型规整,炉况恢复正常。
No. 8 blast furnace (2 000m3) of Nangang Iron & Steel New Plant caused a knot in the circumferential direction due to the instability of raw material quality, slag system change and misoperation of upper and lower operating adjustments. By adopting the “ Draining water, strongly loosening the edge of the airflow, adjust the tuyere configuration ”and other measures, which lasted 42 days, the furnace wall sticking off, furnace shape, the furnace returned to normal.
